放学路上

星期一的下午放学后，小明和小红一起走出校门。他们走着走着，突然看到路上有一个钱包。小明说：“这是谁的钱包？”小红说：“这好像是老师的钱包，我们等等吧。”

于是，他们站在路边等那个失主，可是，等了好长时间失主也没来。他们看到太阳快落山了，天快马上要黑了，小明说：“再不回家，我们的爸爸妈妈会担心的。”于是，他们两个往前走，突然看到一位警察叔叔，小明就指着说：“小红那里又一位警察叔叔，我们把钱包交给他吧！”他们两就跑过去说：“警察叔叔我们捡到了一个钱包。”小红就双手捧着钱包交给了警察叔叔。警察叔叔说：“我会找到那个失主的，你们真是拾金不昧的好孩子。”他们两个说：“谢谢警察叔叔。”他们一边跑着一边说，“再见了警察叔叔。”他们就开开心心地回家了，他们觉得今天是最高兴的一天。

So they stood on the side of the road and waited for the owner, but he didn't come for a long time. They saw that the sun was about to set and it was going to be dark. Xiao Ming said, "if we don't go home, our parents will worry." So, they two walked forward, suddenly saw a police uncle, Xiaoming pointed and said: "Xiaohong there is another police uncle, let's give him the wallet!" They both ran over and said, "police uncle, we found a wallet." Xiaohong hands her wallet to the police uncle. "I'll find the owner," said the policeman. "You're such a good boy." They both said, "thank you, uncle police." As they ran, they said, "goodbye to the police uncle." They went home happily. They thought today was the happiest day.
