妈妈带我去图书馆

我们放暑假了，妈妈说我除了要完成老师布置的作业以外，还应该多读一些课外书，这样，我懂的东西就要多一些 。

We have summer vacation. My mother said that I should not only finish the homework assigned by the teacher, but also read some extra-curricular books, so that I can understand more.

今天，妈妈没有上班，就带我到图书馆去了，妈妈说让我选几本自己喜欢的课外书，借回家看。我们到了图书馆，里面的书真多呀，还有好多的小朋友在图书馆看书呢，我选了三本书，有小英雄的故事，有童话故事，还有一本脑筋急转弯，都是我喜欢看的书，我和妈妈借了书，就高高兴兴的回家了。

Today, my mother didn't go to work, so she took me to the library. She asked me to choose some extra-curricular books I like and borrow them to read at home. When we got to the library, there were so many books in it. There were so many children reading books in the library. I chose three books, including stories of little heroes, fairy tales, and a book with a sharp brain turn. They were all books I like to read. My mother and I borrowed books and went home happily.
