夸家乡

我的家乡在湖北省荆州市，这里风景优美，景色秀丽。尤其是那些名胜古迹令人神往。

My hometown is Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. It has beautiful scenery. Especially those places of interest are fascinating.

就说“章华寺”吧，它地外城市闹市。至今已有一千多年的历史了。如今焕然一新的章华寺，还香火旺盛，美丽极了。

“万寿宝塔”就更有来历了。相传几百年前，有一位皇帝为了给母亲祝寿，就修了这座万寿宝塔。它还有另一个意思，就是镇河神，不让洪水泛滥。
