学游泳

暑假，妈妈给我报了个游泳班。上了第一节课后，我烦了又很害怕水，所以就不想去了。可是妈妈对我要求很严，我不敢和妈妈说。第二节课上完后，我就更不想去了。第三节课，妈妈对王教练说，要多鼓励鼓励我。

In summer vacation, my mother reported a swimming class for me. After the first class, I was tired and afraid of water, so I didn't want to go. But my mother is very strict with me. I dare not tell her. After the second class, I don't want to go. In the third class, my mother told coach Wang to encourage me more.

在教练的帮助下，我又有了信心。后来，妈妈又带我去了蓝天游泳馆练了两次，我渐渐喜欢上了游泳课。现在，每次上课，四个教练都夸我是最棒的！通过学习游泳，我懂得了一个道理：不管遇到什么困难，只要自己坚持就能取得好成绩。

With the help of the coach, I have confidence again. Later, my mother took me to the blue sky swimming pool to practice twice, and I gradually like swimming lessons. Now, every time in class, four coaches praise me as the best! By learning to swim, I learned a truth: no matter what difficulties I encountered, as long as I persevered, I could get good results.
