美丽的农村

一天傍晚，爸爸和妈妈带我去郊外游玩。出了市区，我感到马路上的汽车少了许多，但是来来往往的汽车都跑得飞快。

One evening, my father and mother took me to the countryside. Out of the city, I feel that there are many fewer cars on the road, but the cars come and go fast.

夕阳像一个大红桔子挂在天边，空气变得更加清新，周围也安静了许多。到了一片农田，我们停了下来。啊，真是一眼望不到边呀，远远望去，一些农民伯伯好象正在给菜田浇水。我先跑到近处的麦地看了看，麦子有的黄有的绿，爸爸说麦子快要熟了。我摘了一个黄色的麦穗，用手剥开，放到嘴里尝了尝，一开始吃不出味儿，后来觉得很筋道，还有点甜香味儿呢。麦田旁边种的是玉米苗和蔬菜。有搭在架子上生长的黄瓜、爬豆、西红柿，还有矮矮低低的土豆、茄子、花生等等。我发现花生地里插着许多和我差不多高的木棍，棍子上还绑着五颜六色的飘带。我觉得很奇怪，就问了身边的农民阿姨，阿姨告诉我这是吓唬来吃花生的小鸟的。

The setting sun is like a big red orange hanging in the sky. The air becomes fresher and quieter around. When we got to a field, we stopped. Ah, I can't see the edge at a glance. In the distance, some farmers seem to be watering the vegetable fields. I first ran to the wheat field nearby to have a look. The wheat was yellow and green. My father said that the wheat was about to ripen. I picked a yellow ear of wheat, peeled it with my hands, put it in my mouth and tasted it. At first, I couldn't taste it. Later, I felt it was very sinewy and a little sweet. Next to the wheat field are corn seedlings and vegetables. There are cucumbers, climbing beans, tomatoes, short and low potatoes, eggplants, peanuts and so on. I found that there were many sticks about my height in the peanut field, with Colorful streamers tied to them. I think it's very strange. I asked the farmer's aunt around me. She told me that it was a bird that came to eat peanuts.

今天去郊外让我学到了许多知识，农村真好啊。
