我接到录取电话

漫长的小升初过去了，我以考入八十中学，想起小升初的经历，仍是历历在目，令人难忘。

After a long period of junior high school, I was admitted to No. 80 middle school. I still remember the experience of junior high school vividly and unforgettably.

为了能考上一所理想的中学，我与父母做了很多准备。从一年的时候，我就开始学习绘画和古筝演奏，我的绘画和古筝演奏曾在全国、北京市、朝阳区多次获奖。我很喜欢英语，我利用课余时间在校外参加了公共英语一至三级的课程，并取得了优秀的成绩。我的作文曾在“华人作文比赛''、”春蕾杯''、“北京市少年儿童书信比赛”中获奖。在六年级的课余时间，我在校外赵家智老师的辅导下做了近十年来全国小升初试题精选，共1187道。我觉得自己的准备还是有点不足，又在学而思报了综合素质班。

In order to be admitted to an ideal middle school, my parents and I did a lot of preparation. From one year ago, I began to learn painting and zither performance. My painting and zither performance have won many awards in China, Beijing and Chaoyang District. I like English very much. I took part in the course of level one to three of Public English outside school and got excellent results. My composition has won prizes in "Chinese composition contest &" Spring Bud Cup & "39;" and "Beijing Children's letter contest". In my spare time in grade six, I did a selection of 1187 national primary and junior high school entrance examination questions under the guidance of Zhao Jiazhi, a teacher outside the school. I feel that my preparation is still a little inadequate, and I have applied for the comprehensive quality class in XRS.

在学而思的学习，给了我耳目一新的感觉，这是我第一次接触到奥数题。由于我以前没学习过这方面的知识，学起来十分费力。但是我的任课教师胡老师认认真真地讲解，不会的题老师还在网上答疑解难，胡老师的这种敬业精神让我终生难忘。这为我的小升初打下了良好而坚实的基础。

In the study of XRS, it gives me a fresh feeling. This is the first time I have come into contact with the Olympiad. As I haven't learned this before, it's very hard to learn. But my teacher, Mr. Hu, explained conscientiously. The teacher who could not answer the questions was still on the Internet. I will never forget this dedication of Mr. Hu. This has laid a good and solid foundation for my early promotion.

有了以上充分的准备，我很轻松的进行了这次面试。我在朝阳区报了八十，陈京纶分校，八十中分校，工大附中这四所学校。

With the full preparation above, I had a very easy interview. I have reported four schools in Chaoyang District, i.e. 80, Chenjinglun branch, 80 middle school and affiliated high school of Polytechnic University.

我还依稀记得当时八十中的面试经过。先进行了英语的面试。老师让我读了一篇短文，并就短文提了几个问题。接下来老师又让我介绍一下我的家庭，我用流利的口语介绍了我的家庭。老师还问我喜欢什么样的音乐，我说我喜欢古典音乐，因为我从小就学习古筝。老师又问我知道不知道《高山流水》这首曲子中的典故。我便向老师详细地介绍了在琴友中流传已久的“俞伯牙摔琴谢知音”的这个故事。

I can still vaguely remember the interview in No. 80 middle school at that time. I had an English interview first. The teacher asked me to read a passage and asked me some questions about it. Next, the teacher asked me to introduce my family. I introduced my family in fluent oral English. The teacher also asked me what kind of music I like. I said I like classical music, because I have been learning zither since I was a child. The teacher asked me if I knew the allusion in the song "high mountains and flowing water". I then introduced to the teacher the long-standing story of "Yu Boya falls the piano and thanks the bosom friend" which has been circulated among the Qin friends.

面试后，这几所学校都提前给我来了通知，八十中是凌晨一点三十分打电话通知我的。

After the interview, these schools gave me a notice in advance. The 80th middle school called me at 1:30 a.m.

我最后选择了八十中。我想，我之所以能够顺利的考上八十，与校外赵家智老师，胡先友老师和我家长的努力是分不开的。

I finally chose 80 middle schools. I think that the reason why I was able to pass the 80 examination smoothly is inseparable from the efforts of Zhao Jiazhi, Hu Xianyou and my parents.
