大队长竞选发言稿

敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学，大家好！

Dear teachers and students, Hello!

我们大家在一起学习、生活已有两年了，这两来，在老师的辛勤培育下，在我们大家的共同努力下，我们五（一）班取得了很多成绩，我们每一个同学都有了不少的收获，我想，我们大家都应为此而感到高兴！

We have been studying and living together for two years. In the past two years, with the hard cultivation of teachers and the joint efforts of all of us, class 5 (1) has made a lot of achievements, and each of our classmates has made a lot of gains. I think we should all be happy for this!

新的学期开始了，为了能让我们五（一）班在新学期中更精彩，我决定来竞选我们班的大队长。因为，当一名大队长就可以有更多的机会为同学服务，为班级争光，让我们五（一）班名声远扬，所以，当大队长是我一直以来最大的心愿！

The new term begins. In order to make class 5 (1) more wonderful in the new term, I decided to run for the team leader of our class. Because, as a captain, we can have more opportunities to serve our classmates, win honor for our class and make class 5 (1) famous. So, being a captain is my biggest wish all along!

下面，我想简单说一说我如何来当好大队长的：

Now, I want to briefly say how I can be a good captain:

第一，我觉得作为一名大队长一定要富有爱心。爱班内的每一个同学，在学习、生活上热心地帮助他们，争取不让一个同学掉队！

First of all, I think as a team leader, we must be caring. Love every classmate in the class, in study, life to help them enthusiastically, strive not to let a classmate fall behind!

第二，我觉得作为一名大队长一定要以身作则。学习上，我要刻苦努力；行为习惯上，我要严于律己，积极为班级多做事情，把五（一）班经营成我们共同的“家”。

Second, I think as a captain, we must set an example. In my study, I will work hard; in my behavior, I will be strict with myself, actively do more for the class, and make class 5 (1) our common "home".

第三，我觉得作为一名大队长一定要敢于创新，要和老师、其他的班干部、同学默契配合，在配合中有自己的新思路，争取把我们班搞得生机勃勃，精彩万分！

Third, I think as a team leader, we must dare to innovate, cooperate with teachers, other class cadres and students, and have our own new ideas in cooperation, so as to make our class lively and wonderful!
