高老师高高的个儿，非常瘦，由于常年在室外教体育，他的皮肤有点黑，说话声音像口洪钟。虽然他的外貌很普通，但他的敬业精神却是常人所不及的。

五年级第一学期的冬天，老师们都去体检了，我十分担心高老师也去了，因为这关系到今天的体育课是否能上，我最喜欢的课可是体育呀！

到了第四节课，班主任石老师没有说不上体育课，我非常高兴，兴奋地看着窗外飞舞的雪花。我到了操场，看见高老师站在纷纷扬扬的雪中，衣服、帽子都变成了白色，寒风像刀子一样刮到他的脸上。

我们站好队后高老师说：“今天雪很大，你们还想上吗？”我们齐喊：“想！”高老师让我们做些准备活动。平时高老师总是和我们一起做，可是今天却站在那里一动不动，我有点奇怪，就仔细打量他。他的脸色发黄，嘴唇干裂，双手紧插在袖子里，还不时发抖。我心想：今天是很冷，可也不至于发抖呀！高老师怎么了？

一会儿同学们去踢足球了，高老师还是站在那里，我就走去问：“高老师，您怎么啦？”“我发烧了。”高老师平静地说。我惊奇地问：“您为什么不去体检，而是冒雪带病给我们上课呀？”高老师勉强地笑着说：“体育课一周只有两节，你们又是那么喜欢，我要是去了你们得多失望呀。”

我没有去踢球，而是回忆我发烧时的感受：我发烧最高的时候是40度，嘴唇干裂，就是捂着被子都冷得发抖，浑身酸痛，非常难受。可高老师呢，要这样在大雪中坚持40分钟啊！想到这里我觉得鼻子酸酸的，眼泪不自觉地流了下来，此时此刻高老师爱岗敬业的精神深深地印在我的脑海里。

But Mr. Gao, we should stick to it for 40 minutes in the heavy snow! When I think of it, I feel my nose is sour and tears flow down unconsciously. 除此之外，还有许多事情令我感动，我把高老师教我体育当做一件自豪的事。高老师不仅教会了我体育而且也教会了我做人，今后我一定学习高老师的为人之道！做一个高尚纯洁的人。
