文明只差一步

记得在四年级时，我吃完午饭，走出了学校的餐厅。忽然，我看见了一个三年级的学生拿着垃圾筐来到了教学楼下。他瞧了瞧四周，趁一旁的老师不注意时，把垃圾倒在了垃圾桶旁，这里离垃圾桶只有半步的距离。我见状，走过去说：“垃圾可不能乱倒啊！”那个小同学吃了一惊，赶紧转过身来，发现我只是一个学生，便理直气壮地说了一句：“哼，乱倒垃圾的又不止我一个，关你什么事？多管闲事！”说完，迈着大步走了。

I remember in the fourth grade, after lunch, I walked out of the school restaurant. All of a sudden, I saw a third grade student with a trash can came to the teaching downstairs. He looked around, and when the teacher aside didn't notice, he dumped the garbage beside the garbage can, which is only half a step away. I saw it and went over and said, "garbage can't be dumped!" The little classmate was shocked and turned around quickly. He found that I was just a student, so he said: "hum, I'm not the only one who dumps garbage. What's your concern? Mind your own business! " With that, I took a big step.

我真想“请”那位同学和我理论一番。他说乱扔垃圾的不止他一个，以为自己做得蛮对蛮有理。但是只要稍微思考一下，就会明白，若是每个人都像他一样，以为那样做的不止他一个，就可以随处扔垃圾的话，那么即使值日生再勤快，也无济于事。

I really want to "invite" that classmate to have a theory with me. He said that he was not the only one who littered. He thought he was right and reasonable. But if you think about it a little bit, you will understand that if everyone, like him, thinks that he can do more than one of those things and throw rubbish everywhere, even if the students on duty are diligent, it will not help.

如果每个人都能像漫画中那两个小学生一样有一颗公德心，我们生活的环境将会更加美好。当你为了轻松而想少走一步时，请你一定要记住，你就快成为一个人们在口中时常谴责的那个“缺德”的人了。
