我喜爱的一本书（1）

我是一个“小书迷”，虽然我看书的范围广阔，看过不少书，但真正令我喜爱的书却没有多少本。倒是对一本微不足道的书，我却起了喜爱之心。

I am a "little book fan". Although I read a wide range and read many books, there are not many books that I really like. It's a trivial book, but I love it.

我七岁生日时，家里有了钱，热热闹闹的，又是添新衣，又是订蛋糕的，像过年一样。这些礼节上的事做完了，就轮到长辈给礼物了，妈妈一掷千金，一下子给我买了一台电脑。爷爷给了我199元的利是钱。奶奶给我买了部“文曲星”。舅舅和舅母也给了我200元钱。心想，爸爸的礼物怎么都得比爷爷奶奶的高吧！没想到，爸爸却送给我一本书。乍一看，书的价格才十多元。我不大高兴，在爸爸面前噘起了小嘴。爸爸看出了我的心思，便对我说：“欣儿，你看书里的内容，一定很有价值。”我半信半疑，打开了书，只见书上写的全是哲理名言。其中有“满招损，谦受益”这一句。我顿时明白了爸爸的用意，惭愧地低下了头。爸爸又问我：“欣儿，你懂得了书里的价值了吗？”我红着脸答：“懂了。”“知错能改，欣儿是个好孩子！”爷爷奶奶和妈妈异口同声地说。爸爸又说：“欣儿，你在迷茫或心情不好的时候，看看这本书，会得到一些好东西的。”

I immediately understood my father's intention and lowered my head in shame. My father asked me again, "xiner, do you understand the value of the book?" I blushed and replied, "I see." 我喜爱这本，因为它蕴含着人生道路上的哲理，也寄托着爸爸对我的期望。

I love this book because it contains the philosophy of life and the expectation of my father.
