中国将整顿“低价旅游产品”

“1元景点门票”、“1元出境游”……这些低价旅游产品如同天下掉下来的馅饼，但馅饼背后可能存在陷阱，不仅涉嫌低价倾销，还可能诱骗游客另行购物。对此，国家旅游局将对“不合理低价”为主要特征的扰乱旅游市场秩序行为进行专项整治。

政府部门对两大在线旅游服务提供商就低价旅游产品“一元出境游”进行约谈在网上引发热议。

低价旅游产品，可以用budget travel product表示，budget表示价格低廉的，如廉价航空（budget airline）、budget hotel（经济型酒店/廉价旅馆）等。“一元出境游”（one yuan for an overseas trip）等超低价旅游产品在受追捧之外，也遭到了一些人的质疑。

对此，同程旅游回应，一元门票与《旅游法》中禁止的零团费（free-of-charge tours）、负团费（negative-charge tours）有着本质的区别，并没有强迫购物（forced shopping）的行为，相关优惠活动将继续进行。途牛“一元出境游”板块已经关停。

国家旅游局监督管理司司长（division head of supervision and management under the China National Tourism Administration）彭志凯表示，密切注意（keep an eye on）这些低价旅游产品，是为了保护游客权益（protect tourists' rights）。类似低价旅游，不仅是一种营销行为（marketing behavior），企业需对价格构成作出合理的解释（provide elaboration on how to manage the cost）。
