中国全面实施“离境退税政策”

财政部16日发布《关于实施境外旅客购物离境退税政策的公告》。同时指出，《公告》的印发标志着中国离境退税政策正式在全国范围内启动。境外旅客在政策实施地区购买物品，可按规定申请增值税退税，退税率为11%。
