中国将首成“净资本输出国”

由中国国际经济交流中心主办的“中国经济年会(2017-2017)”于12月21日在北京举行。曾培炎致辞，从对外直接投资数字看，今年中国首次成为“净资本输出国”。

China is poised to become a net capital exporter for the first time, with total overseas direct investment exceeding foreign direct investment by the end of the year, the head of a top Chinese think tank China Center for International Economic Exchanges said at a forum on Sunday.

中国智库国经中心负责人周日在经济年会上称，今年年底对外直接投资净资本输出国可以用a net capital exporter表示，net 表示净值，如净资产net assets。我们常说的对外直接投资即overseas direct investment，简写ODI，外商对华直接投资即foreign direct investment，简写FDI。

中国国际经济交流中心同时曾培炎指出，中等收入群体
