BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 21 -- Boca Juniors extended their unbeaten run across all competitions to seven matches with a 2-0 win over San Lorenzo in Argentina's Superliga on Saturday.

Lisandro Lopez opened the scoring just before halftime and Jan Hurtado put the result beyond doubt for the visitors by netting in second-half stoppage time.

Leaders Boca now have 17 points from seven matches, two points clear of second-placed Argentinos Juniors.

The Buenos Aires giants have won five and drawn two of their last seven matches in both the Superliga and the Copa Libertadores.

In other fixtures on Saturday, Huracan won 1-0 at Defensa y Justicia and Estudiantes secured a 1-0 home victory over Patronato.
