The SSE said Longwei had insufficient self-funding, and financing from other companies was too uncertain to acquire Sunriver.

上海证券交易所称，龙薇文化传媒因未进行充分的资金筹备，从其他公司融资又存在极大不确定性的情况下，不能收购祥源文化。
