北京时间8月11日中午，里约奥运会结束第五个比赛日的争夺，中国代表团在举重和乒乓球上分别收获一枚金牌，金牌总数达到10枚。奖牌榜上，美国代表团继续以32枚领跑（11金11银10铜），中国代表团以23枚奖牌紧随其后（10金5银8铜），日本代表团18枚奖牌（6金1银11铜）升至第三。

向艳梅女子举重69kg级带伤夺冠

Xiang Yanmei of China won the women's 69kg weightlifting gold with a total of 261kg.

China's Qin Kai and Cao Yuan won the bronze in the men's 3m synchronized springboard diving at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Jack Laugher and Chris Mears of Britain won the gold. China failed to win gold in the event for the first time since the 2004 Athens Games.
