Tanya Rybakova, 25, from Saint Petersburg, Russia, tipped the scales at 17 stone at her heaviest and says she had no friends, but after dropping nearly half her weight she released a video about her journey, which become an online sensation.

今年25岁的塔尼娅·瑞巴科娃来自俄罗斯圣彼得堡，她体重最重时曾达到17英石（约合107公斤），她说自己当时根本没有朋友。但减掉近一半体重后，她把自己的减肥历程视频上传网络，随即在网上引起轰动。（上图是妹子减肥前的照片）

The lifestyle blogger, who underwent surgery to remove her excess skin, now has more than 270,000 YouTube subscribers - and has even been contacted by the people who used to bully her to tell her she's 'beautiful'.

这位生活达人博主还曾通过手术切除肥胖带来的多余皮肤，如今她在Youtube视频网站上拥有超过27万的订阅者。之前欺负她的人如今也主动和她联系，说她很漂亮。

Tanya lost the weight over three. She shed the pounds by first ditching unhealthy trans-fats, and increasing the number of times per week that she exercised. She said: 'It's my own Cinderella story.' I didn't socialise - I had no friends and I spent a lot of time just reading. 'I also hope it warns other people from getting fat. '

塔尼娅过去三年一直在减肥。她先是甩掉不健康脂肪，然后每周增加锻炼次数。她说：“我亲身体验了一把”灰姑娘的故事“。我以前从不社交，我没朋友，每天花很多时间读书。我希望这些经历能够提醒人们不要变胖。”

Now Tanya runs an online programme to pass on her knowledge to help others.

'It's not just about losing weight, that's just the first step, it's about having confidence and being healthy physically and mentally. 'The biggest change is confidence as losing weight shows you can do it if you want. 'You can change your life if you believe in yourself.'
