新中国历次阅兵回顾

9月3日，我国将举行盛大的阅兵式，纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年。庄严的天安门广场，一次次见证人民军队的阔步跨越。从1949年到2009年，新中国已经在这里举行了14次国庆阅兵。

There have been 14 military parades in the history of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Eleven occurred between 1949 and 1959 during the era of Mao Zedong, PRC's founder. The following three Chinese leaders - Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao - each presided over one military parade.

中华人民共和国历史上共举行过14次阅兵。开国领袖毛泽东时代的1949至1959年有11次，后来的三代领导人——邓小平、江泽民和胡锦涛——也分别主持过一次阅兵。

The last such parade was in 2009, marking the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PRC. The two before that were in 1999 (50th anniversary) and 1984 (35th anniversary). All of the parades from 1949 to 2009 were held on Oct 1, China's National Day.

上一次的阅兵发生在建国60周年的2009年。那之前的两次则分别为1999年的建国50周年阅兵和1984年的建国35周年阅兵。1949年至2009年的历次阅兵都是在10月1日国庆节当天举行的。

According to the decision of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 1949 when the PRC was founded, military parades should be listed among the key programs of National Day celebrations.

中华人民共和国成立时，全国政协决定把阅兵列为未来国庆大典的一项重要内容。

The parade is an important form of displaying the strength of armed forces and building up national confidence and pride. In general, the parade includes two parts. One is the military review, in which the reviewer passes by the troops; the other is the march-past, in which the troops march in front of the reviewing stand to be inspected.

阅兵是展现武装力量建设成就，树立民族自信心和自豪感的重要形式。一般而言，阅兵包括两部分：一是阅兵式，即阅兵者从受阅部队队列前通过，进行检阅；二是分列式，即受阅部队列队从检阅台前通过，接受阅兵者的检阅。

Marching from east to west in the 1949 parade, the 16,400 parading troops were headed by a 2-row navy troop with the infantry, artillery, chariot and cavalry divisions following. Seventeen air force planes, four of which carried bombs, flew over Tian'anmen Square.

1949年阅兵时，受阅部队以海军两大排为前导，接着是步兵师、炮兵师、战车师、骑兵师，共16400人，由东向西行进。空军17架飞机从天安门上空飞行受阅，其中4架是携弹飞行。

【1950-1959阅兵，每年都有新亮点】

Ten military parades were conducted in the 10 years after 1949.

1949年后的10年间，共举行了10次阅兵。

[1950，特殊历史时期的阅兵]

Commander-in-Chief Zhu De released the order that the PLA should be prepared for war in view of the tensions in Korea and Taiwan. At the parade, cavalry troops rode 1,900 white horses across Tian'anmen Square, making it one of the most spectacular sights of the parade.

朱德总司令在阅兵式上发布命令，就朝鲜战争爆发、台湾局势，要求人民解放军做好战斗准备。此次阅兵的一大看点是骑兵部队骑着1900匹白马通过天安门广场。

[1951，高级指挥员受阅]

The group leading the troops was made up of experienced and distinguished senior military officers who were receiving training at the war college. For the first time, a group of militias showed up for the parade.

一批身经百战、功勋卓著的高级指挥员以军事学院学员的身份参加了此次阅兵，走在受阅部队的最前面。本次阅兵还首次出现民兵方阵。

[1952，多民族民兵受阅]

The public security troop made its first appearance this year. Militias from different ethnic groups wore their colorful folk costumes with up-to-date weapons held in hand. In the spotlight was a motor infantry group formed by a total number of 160 motorcycles.

此次阅兵，公安部队首次参阅。民兵大队的成员来自多个少数民族，他们身着五颜六色的民族服装，手里拿着新式武器。还有乘坐160辆摩托车的摩托化步兵方阵。

[1953，志愿军现观礼台]

A delegation from the Chinese People's Volunteer Army made an appearance on the Tian'anmen reviewing stand. For the first time the rocket artillery group was among the parading troops.

中国人民志愿军代表团出现在天安门观礼台上。火箭炮兵方队首次出现在受阅队伍中。

[1954，首现伞兵方队]

Minister of National Defense Peng Dehuai reviewed the troops. All of the equipment was basically designed by the Soviet Union. Paratroops were present though no parachuting was performed.

国防部部长彭德怀检阅了部队。受阅部队的武器基本都是苏联制造。出现了伞兵部队的方队，但没有跳伞。
