大表哥携手艾玛加盟《美女与野兽》

Emma Watson has shared her joy at Dan Stevens being cast as the Beast to her Beauty in the live-action remake of the classic Disney animation.

艾玛·沃特森日前在推特上表达了对丹·史蒂文斯确定出演迪士尼经典动画《美女与野兽》真人版中的野兽这一角色表示欢迎。

The actress tweeted on Thursday morning: 'Could not be more happy that this man will be Beast!!! Welcome aboard.'

周四早上艾玛发推称：“他来演野兽，不能更开心啊！欢迎欢迎。”

Dan had also confirmed the news in his own funny way, tweeting a picture of the expression 'Beast Mode' to his followers.

而丹也用他独特的搞笑方式确定了这一消息，在推特上分享了一张“怪兽模式”的自拍照。

It was reported that Stevens, 32, was in negotiations to play the dual roles the Prince and Beast by The Hollywood Reporter opposite Emma Watson's Belle.

之前曾有报道称今年32岁的史蒂文斯有可能会与已确定饰演美女的艾玛一起出演《美女与野兽》的真人版。

It was also revealed by Variety that Luke Evans had snapped up the role of Gaston, to which Emma tweeted: 'Bonjour Gaston! Welcome!'

另外还有消息透露卢克·伊万斯已确定饰演加斯顿，对此艾玛也在推特上表示：“你好，加斯顿，欢迎！”

Dan got his big break as Matthew Crawley in Downton Abbey before leaving the show to pursue a movie career which landed him with roles in The Guest, Night At The Museum 3 and A Walk Among The Tombstones.

Unlike the live-action Cinderella film - starring Lily James and Richard Madden - this Disney remake will include the original songs and be sung by the main cast.

According to TIME, the movie will be directed by Bill Condon, who directed The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
