半年延迟新规定美剧同步看成泡影

Chinese audiences will no longer be able to watch online overseas TV series at the same time they come out abroad, the Southern Metropolis Daily reports.

南方都市报报道，中国观众再也不能在网上同步观看海外电视剧了！

The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television won't allow imported TV series to be available on video websites before they are censored, according to a new regulation revealed by an unnamed Wechat account.

从一条匿名的微信账号消息透露，新规定表示：国家广播电影电视总局不允许视频网站未经审查就引进海外剧集。

The new rule will delay TV series for whole seasons before they are released with Chinese subtitles, which means Chinese audiences will watch them six months to a year later than viewers in South Korea or the United States, for example.

这项规定表示，在有中文字幕之前，整一季的剧集都会被延迟，这就意味的，举个例子而言，中国观众要比韩国或者美国的观众迟6个月到一年的时间看到剧集。

Many American series contain violent or sensitive scenes that will likely be deleted.

许多包含了暴力敏感场景的美剧很有可能被删除。

The regulation may lead some American TV series to not be seen in China at all, analysts said.

分析学家说道，这项规定的出台也许会让一些美剧再也无法在中国播放了。

Insiders worry that the half-year delay will boost the piracy industry again. Several chiefs of online video websites are seeking for solution and cooperate with competent authorities to prevent piracy.

半年的引进“时差”引发业内人士担忧盗版会卷土重来。几大视频网站负责人表示正在寻求应对办法，配合主管部门一起做好防盗版的维权工作。
