美国母亲晒裸体练瑜伽倒立喂奶照

A mom who gained notoriety with the attachment parenting set after she was photographed practicing yoga naked while her daughter Naia breastfed, has revealed the story behind the iconic image.

这张妈妈裸体练瑜伽，女儿娜娅来吃奶的亲子照片发到网上后，这位因此而颇受争议的妈妈向我们揭示了照片背后的故事。

Amy Woodruff, who lives in a clothing-optional commune in Hawaii, was upside down and naked when a hungry Naia crawled over.

艾米·伍德拉夫住在夏威夷一个可免穿衣裤的社区里，正当她裸体倒立时，饥饿的娜娅刚好爬了过来。

'I was just doin’ my daily flow when the little sweet pea came to sneak a suckle. Papa had her out in the grass with him and she just couldn’t resist!' she told parenting blog, Baby Center.

艾米告诉育儿博客“宝贝中心”说：“我当时正在做每日冥想，她爸爸带她出来在草地上玩，而孩子当然会被妈妈的乳房吸引，于是这个可爱的小豆豆就爬过来找奶喝。”

There were a few naysayers, however, but she says she has no regrets about posting the image.

网上有不少人反对这种做法，但她并不后悔把照片传到网上。

'Women who didn’t seem to enjoy breastfeeding or more of the conservative crowd thought it was the weirdest thing and just couldn’t wrap their heads around it,' she explained of the women who called the image 'shocking' and 'crazy'.

有些女性说这张照片“触目惊心”、“疯狂至极”，而对此艾米解释说：“那些不喜欢喂奶或是特别保守的女性，当然会认为没有比什么比这种做法更匪夷所思了，她们只是不理解我们的世界。”

'I enjoyed hearing all sides of the spectrum as it reminded me that we are all different and if anything it may have opened the eyes and hearts for some who didn’t think multitasking to that level was possible! No regrets about posting the photo whatsoever.'

“我喜欢听到不同的声音，它能提醒我每个人都是不同的个体。至少，我可能会让一群人看到、感受到，其实像我这样同时做好几项事情并非天方夜谭。”

Mrs Woodruff, who is planning to move to New Zealand in the fall, said she was drawn to 'the simple life' during her twenties after she first started traveling.

伍德拉夫夫人正计划着秋天搬往新西兰，自从她二十多岁时开始四处旅行后，就一直向往“简单平淡的生活”。

'I realized I could have everything I needed all in one backpack,' she said. 'There is a sense of freedom that comes knowing you can up and leave without having to worry about paying any bills or making ends meet.'

她说：“我发现其实只用一个旅行包，就能装下所有我需要的东西。不去担心账单、不去担心收支平衡，随时都可以动身去旅行，当你能这样想时，你就会真正体会到什么是自由。”
