俗话说“江山易改本性难移”，改变习惯真的有这么难吗？其实改变习惯的确不是很容易的事情，但是如果能按照计划一小步一小步的来，你会慢慢的改掉那些坏习惯，培养起新的好习惯来。看看下面这个改变习惯的五步测试，你走到哪儿了？

Stage 1
