大学教室天花板突降小猫

A cat came within a whisker of losing one of its nine lives when it came crashing through a ceiling during a lecture at the aptly named University of Peace, in Costa Rica.

都说猫有九条命，可是这只小猫的性命也差点没了：这只小猫掉落天花板，跌进了哥斯达黎加和平大学里正在进行的一场演讲之中。

Caught on camera, the incident caused the bemused lecturer to shriek in surprise when a grey kitty seemingly appeared from nowhere.

这只灰色的小猫从天而降，让讲师惊吓不已，而这一切都被在场录像的摄影机拍了下来。

And it certainly caught the attention of students learning about the Theory of Change. For what better way is there to illustrate being prepared for something happening out of the blue than a near cat-astrophe?

这也吸引了正在学习“变化论”的学生们。还有什么比一场猫灾难更能解释突发事件的呢？

After sending a few ceiling tiles hurtling to the ground and landing on all fours, the cat decided to make a quick exit to the right.

这只猫带着天花板上的瓷砖一起掉下来，四脚安全着陆，随后它快速的往右边跑，试图逃离现场。

But finding there was no way out, it didn't pussyfoot about and swiftly changed direction.

但发现这里没有出口时，它并没有停下脚步，而又快速的往另一个方向跑去。

The hapless feline was eventually shown the door, when the teacher - still clutching his chest from the shock - asked his students to let it out.

这个倒霉的小猫最终在别人的指引下逃了出去，而老师却依然因为惊吓抓着自己的胸口，让学生把它引出去。

After such a grand entrance, it seemed the scaredy-cat was more than happy to make an even quicker exit.

如此夸张的登场之后，似乎这只受到惊吓的猫应该庆幸自己离场够快吧。
