Great Britain won their first two gold medals of London 2017 as cyclist Bradley Wiggins took the men's time trial after rowing pair Heather Stanning and Helen Glover triumphed.

凭借自行车运动员布拉德利·维金斯在计时赛中的金牌和之前的双人皮划艇项目上希瑟·斯坦宁、海伦·格洛佛在女子双人皮划艇项目的金牌，英国终于得以打破“金牌荒”。

Amid jubilant scenes at Hampton Court, Wiggins became Britain's most decorated Olympian with seven medals.

It came just four hours after Stanning and Glover produced a superb display to win the women's pair at Eton Dorney.

Tour de France winner Wiggins dominated the 44km ride to beat Germany's Tony Martin by 42 seconds, with Britain's Chris Froome taking the bronze.

The result gives Britain their seventh and eighth medals of London 2017, lifting them to 10th in the medal table from 21st overnight.
