A study suggests that bringing pet dogs to work can reduce stress and make the job more enjoyable, BBC reported。

Randolph Barker, leading academic author and Professor in the Virginia Commonwealth University, said having dogs around in the workplace may contribute to employee performance and satisfaction。

He reported positive comments from employees such as "pets in the workplace can be a great bonus to employee morale", "having dogs here is a great form of stress relief" and "dogs are positive; dogs increase cooperation."

带狗上班可舒缓压力

据英国广播公司报道，有研究称，带狗上班可以减轻压力，而且工作起来会更加愉悦。

知名学者和美国弗吉尼亚联邦大学教授伦道夫·巴克尔表示，在办公室养狗可以增强员工的工作表现力与满足感。

他列举了一些员工们关于带狗上班做法的积极评论，如“办公场所养宠物对鼓舞员工士气是最大的嘉奖”、“在办公室养狗是释放压力的最好方式”以及“养狗是积极向上的，还可以增强员工之间的合作”。
