初恋情人分离54年终成眷属

A pair of adolescent lovers in Hubei Province didn't manage to get together until 54 years after they separated, both of them now in their seventies, Chutian Metropolis Daily reported.

据《楚天都市报》报道，湖北一对青梅竹马的恋人分离54年后重新牵手，此时他们都已有70多的高龄。

Zhao Fang and Li Yi met in middle school, but neither openly expressed their affection much owing to shyness. Later they progressed in their own separate life journey, and almost forgot each other until in 2008, when Zhao's image on TV again stirred Li's affection.

赵芳女士和李义先生在中学阶段相识，但因为害羞，互相都没有表达爱意。后来他们在各自的人生轨迹上前进，基本忘记了对方。直到2008年，赵芳在电视上出现，再次挑动了李义的心弦。

Soon afterwards, Li, who suffered grief over wife's death, learnt Zhao was also a widow. Li's proposal to form a family with Zhao was recently accepted, with the blessings from their children.

不久之后，李义的妻子逝世，他了解到赵芳也已经一个人生活。李义提出重新组建家庭的想法得到了赵芳的同意。双方的孩子也对此表示了祝福。
