全国人大代表、腾讯公司董事会主席兼CEO马化腾：加快发展产业互联网

Developing the industrial internet will provide historical opportunities and technological support to the real economy and high-quality development, and will carry comprehensive, deep and revolutionary changes for the real economy, Ma Huateng said in his seven suggestions to the National People's Congress.

马化腾今年向两会提交了七份书面建议。他认为，发展产业互联网，将为实体经济高质量发展提供历史机遇和技术条件，对实体经济产生全方位、深层次、革命性的影响。

The internet company is not a competitor to the traditional enterprise, but a digital assistant, connector, tool cabinet and ecological co-creator that will help the real economy to become a world champion, Ma said.

在此过程中，互联网公司不是与传统企业赛跑竞争，而是作为其“数字化助手”，做好连接器、工具箱和生态共建者，帮助实体产业在各自的赛道上成长为世界冠军。

Ma also suggested building information infrastructure, laying the foundation for industrial internet development and speeding up the deployment of 5G and Ipv6 for commercial use; promoting innovative development of cloud computing, encouraging industrial, finance, government, medical, education and transportation clouds to accelerate development, and speeding up the real economy in its transition to digital.

马化腾还建议，大力推进信息基础设施建设，夯实产业互联网的发展基础，加快5G和IPv6全面商用部署；促进云计算创新发展，鼓励工业云、金融云、政务云、医疗云、教育云、交通云等各类云平台加快发展，加速实体经济数字化转型。

Moreover, Ma suggested safeguarding the industrial internet, creating multi-party coordination security governance mechanisms involving government, enterprises, and service organizations, and actively carrying out cooperation in international exchanges to promote an open world economy.

马化腾提出，应做好产业互联网安全保障，建立政府、企业、服务机构等多方协同联动的安全治理机制；积极开展国际交流合作，推动建设开放型世界经济。

全国政协委员、百度董事长李彦宏：加强人工智能伦理研究

Li Yanhong submitted three proposals to the CPPCC National Committee, all of which are related to artificial intelligence, or AI.

今年，李彦宏带来的三个提案都与人工智能有关。

The three proposals include: AI ethics, intelligent transportation and electronic medical record management system.

提案内容涉及人工智能伦理研究、智能交通、电子病历管理制度三个方面。

Li proposed the government organize interdisciplinary experts, AI companies, users and the public to conduct research and top-level designs for AI ethics to improve people's wellbeing, promote healthy development of the industry and build a new technological revolution.

李彦宏在提案中建议，由政府主管部门牵头，组织跨学科领域的行业专家、人工智能企业代表、行业用户和公众等相关方，开展人工智能伦理的研究和顶层设计，促进民生福祉改善，推进行业健康发展，掌握新一轮技术革命的主动权。

On the intelligent transportation proposal, Li proposed the state further strengthen guidance, build data sharing mechanisms and encourage localities to explore and create smart transportation solutions.

在关于智能交通的提案中，李彦宏建议，政府进一步加强指导，实现信息交互和共享，鼓励构建智能交通解决方案。

In addition, Li proposed the National Health Commission to lead an overall plan on ERM data management, research, and exploration of intelligent applications.

另外，李彦宏还建议，由国家卫健委牵头，在电子病历数据的管理、科研及智能应用方面统筹规划。

全国政协委员、搜狗CEO王小川：加大公共数据开放力度广度

The country should strengthen top-level design, set industry standards, encourage multi-stakeholder involvement and accelerate to release the digital family doctor's potential for the building of a healthy China, Wang said in his proposals to the CPPCC National Committee.

王小川在提案中建议，要加强顶层设计，树立行业标准，鼓励多方参与，加快“数字家庭医生”的应用和推广，推进健康中国建设。

Wang also proposed opening public data on the artificial intelligence industry to improve public service efficiency and people's wellbeing.

Moreover, Wang proposed tax reductions for private science and technology enterprises based on the commercialization of research findings, and expanding individual income tax preferential coverage to scientists and technicians who work at private enterprises.

全国政协委员、360集团董事长周鸿祎：构建国家级网络安全大脑

Zhou Hongyi proposed to ally with telecom carriers, national research institutes, State-owned enterprises and private network security organizations to build a "cyber security brain" to realize mutual defense and cope with network security issues.

周鸿祎建议，协调和组织电信运营商、国家科研院所、国企、民企等广泛参与，构建国家级网络安全大脑，建立共同的网络安全防御系统，应对网络安全问题。

全国政协委员、网易公司创始人兼CEO丁磊：利用“AI+教育”等互联网技术消除城乡教育鸿沟

Ding Lei proposed utilizing AI plus education and other internet technologies to remove the gap between urban and rural education, eliminating poverty across generations, and promoting education development balance between urban and rural China.

丁磊建议利用“AI+教育”等互联网技术消除城乡教育鸿沟、消除贫困代际传递，推动中国城乡教育均衡发展。

Moreover, Ding also proposed popularizing kids' modes on smart devices to reduce addiction to those devices, developing good content suitable for teenagers and setting up legal protection to build safe and healthy networks for teenagers.

丁磊还提出，要普及智能设备的儿童模式，减少孩子对智能设备的过度沉迷；鼓励专属内容，促进适宜青少年的内容开发；做好立法保障，打造安全健康的青少年网络生态。

全国人大代表、小米公司创始人兼CEO雷军：推动物联网创新发展

Lei Jun made three suggestions to the National People's Congress this year, including promoting Internet of Things development in the 5G era, accelerating commercial space legislation and implementing information accessibility building.
