《唐顿庄园》制作人准备导演新剧！又是一部神剧？

Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes is working on a new period drama for ITV.

《唐顿庄园》制片人朱利安·费罗斯正在为英国独立电视台制作一部新的历史剧。

Fellowes has been commissioned by the network to adapt his 2016 novel Belgravia, Deadline reported.

Deadline报道称，费罗斯已接受网络的委托，改编其2016年的小说《贝尔格莱维亚》。

Belgravia, which was originally published in a serialised format online, is set in London in the 1840s.

《贝尔格莱维亚》最初以连载形式在线出版，故事发生在19世纪40年代的伦敦。

Carnival Films, the same company that co-produced Downton Abbey, is producing the new show, according to Deadline.

据Deadline报道，嘉年华影业公司将会制作这部新剧，这家公司曾经联合制作一航英剧《唐顿庄园》。

Downton Abbey originally aired on ITV between 2010 and 2017.

《唐顿庄园》最初于2010年至2017年在英国独立电视台播出。

Production on the new series is reportedly set to start in the coming months, and the show is slated for a six-part run.

据报道，新剧的制作将在接下来的几个月开始，预计会分为六集。

Fellowes described it as such in a previous interview with The Independent: ”You tune in and you see the real house, you meet the characters, and it says something like ‘Waterloo’ and you press Waterloo and you get ‘Waterloo was a battle fought on the 18 June 1815...’

费罗斯在之前接受《独立报》采访时是这样描述的:“你打开电视，就能看到真正的房子，你能看到角色，它说的是‘滑铁卢’之类的话，你按下‘滑铁卢’键，就会知道‘滑铁卢是1815年6月18日的一场战役……“

Fellowes has also written the screenplay for the upcoming Downton Abbey film, set to be released in September 2019.

费罗斯还为即将于2019年9月上映的《唐顿庄园》电影撰写了剧本。
