My Teacher Quality View 我的教师素质观

As we all know since we were a kid, teacheris a sacred profession, and there is a holiday to celebrate teacher, on theday, students offer flowers to teacher to honor the sacred profession.Meanwhile, teacher has been compared to the garden. They try their best tocultivate the flowers, which will be in full bloom for the prosperity ofcountry. However, things are changing; some teacher with low quality hasdestroyed lots of delicate petals.

我们从孩提时代就知道，教师是一份神圣的职业，还有个教师节来庆祝教师这个职业，在那天，学生会给老师送花来表达对这份神圣的职业的尊敬。与此同时，教师也被喻为园丁，他们尽最大的努力去培育花朵，这些花朵今后会为祖国的繁盛而盛开。然而，这些都变了，有些低素质的老师摧毁了不少花朵。

It has been reported in news that beastmale teacher sexual assaulted little girls and even little boys. This behaviorreally makes people sick. Teachers are supposed to show a wonderful world ofknowledge to the innocent children, instead of a dirty lust world. This kind ofdamage to an immature child could be permanent both in physical and mentalhealth.

资讯报道过有些禽兽男老师性侵小女孩，甚至是小男孩，这种行为简直令人作呕。老师应该给天真无邪的孩子展示神奇的知识世界，而不是肮脏的肉欲世界。这种对不成熟的孩子的身体和心理的伤害可能是永久性的。

Apart from physical injury, words also cando the fatal harm. Recently, a 10 year old boy jumps from building just becausehe cannot finish the self-criticism so he decided to finish his young live. Theteacher has no idea that her word “Finish it or you jump” will murder a boy.This is a tragedy that made of a teacher who doesn’t pay attention to theirwords.

除去身体伤害不说，语言伤害同样能成为致命伤害。最近，有个10岁的小男孩因为不能写完检讨书而决定跳楼结束自己年轻的生命。那个老师不知道她那句“写不完就跳楼”会杀了那个孩子。这种悲剧就是老师不注意言行举止的后果。

To sum up, if someone has decided to becomea teacher, they’d better have the quality to shoulder the burden, and knowexactly the teacher’s responsibility which is to training students not todestroy them.

总而言之，如果有人想成为老师，他们最好有着肩负这个重任的素质，也要明确地了解老师的责任就是培养学生而不是毁掉他们。
