美国男孩在被宣布脑死亡后竟苏醒

An Alabama boy named Trenton McKinley is recovering from an accident no one thought he'd survive.

一个名叫特伦敦·麦金莱的阿拉巴马男孩正从一场意外中恢复过来，此前没有人认为他能活下来。

In fact, doctors declared him dead and were getting ready to donate his organs when he regained consciousness.

事实上，医生宣布了他已死亡，且在他重获知觉时正为捐献他的器官做准备。

The 13-year-old was at a friend's house two months ago, playing in a small utility trailer.

两个月前在一个朋友家里，这个十三岁的男孩正在一辆小型实用拖车中玩耍。

"It flipped and I hit the concrete, and the trailer landed on top of my head," said Trenton. "After that, I don't remember anything."

特伦敦说：“它翻倒了然后我撞向了地面，拖车压在了我的脑袋上。之后我就什么都不记得了。”

Trenton suffered severe brain trauma and was rushed to an Alabama hospital with seven skull fractures.

特伦顿受了严重的脑部创伤，并被立即送往阿拉巴马州一家医院，他的头上共有7处颅骨骨折。

He was declared brain dead and his parents signed paperwork to donate his organs to save five other children.

之后，他被宣布脑死亡，他的父母签署了捐献器官的相关文书以挽救其它五个孩子。

But then, the day before doctors were set to take him off life support, Trenton woke up.

但就在医生决定撤掉他的生命维持系统的前一天，特伦顿醒过来了。

Now he's in rehab, and although he has a long road ahead, he's getting stronger every day.

如今特伦敦正在康复，尽管还有很长的路要走，他正一天天好起来。
