A stash of 60 bras and 80 panties has been found in the room of a man surnamed Pan, aged 23, in Taiwan. He was arrested three months ago for stealing female underwear. He claimed he used to sneak into dormitories of Chung Yuan Christian University and steal female students' underwear and keep them all in his drawers tidily. He said he steals underwear due to mental illness.
