“十三五”规划术语：供给侧改革

中央编译局近期发布17条术语，主要涉及“十三五”时期主要目标任务和重大举措以及2016年重点工作。既有宏观性概念，如“供给侧结构性改革”；也有新提法、新表述，如“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”；也有富有中国特色的表述，如“简除烦苛，禁察非法”。

The idea is to ensure macro-level policy maintains economic stability, industrial policy is targeted, micro-level policy injects dynamism into the economy, reform policy delivers results, and social policy sees basic living needs are met.
