报告显示中国内地和香港超级富豪人数均激增

The Chinese mainland and Hong Kong saw strong growth in the number of ultra-wealthy people in 2016, according to a property investment consulting firm.

地产投资咨询公司莱坊称，2016年，中国大陆和中国香港的超级富豪人数均出现大幅增长。

The number of ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWIs), with net assets at or above $30m, last year grew 10% on the Chinese mainland to 14,310 and 6% in Hong Kong to 4,080, Knight Frank said.

莱坊称，去年中国大陆拥有3000万美元及以上净资产的超高净值人士的数量增加10%至14310人，中国香港的超高净值人士的数量增加6%至4080人。

The company surveyed more than 900 of the world's leading private bankers and wealth management advisers.

该公司共调查了900多名世界领先的私人银行家及财富管理顾问。

Knight Frank also pointed out that UHNWIs' favorite asset class was primary residences and second homes, especially luxury residential properties.

莱坊还指出，超高净值人士所青睐的资产类型为主要居所和次要住宅，尤其是豪宅。

The report said Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou showed the world's highest luxury home price rises last year of 26.8%, 27.4% and 26.6% respectively.

报告称，去年北京、上海、广州的豪宅价格涨幅分别为26.8%、27.4%和26.6%，为全球最高。

Hong Kong's prime property market growth remained 2.1% last year. The value of Hong Kong's prime properties still ranked as the second-most expensive worldwide, behind Monaco's.

去年，中国香港高端房地产市场涨幅依然为2.1%。香港的豪宅价格在世界范围内排在摩纳哥之后，高居第二名。

The number of UHNWIs on the Chinese mainland would expand by 140% in the coming 10 years, behind Vietnam's 170% jump and India's 150% growth, Knight Frank said.

莱坊称，未来10年，中国大陆的超高净值人士的数量将增长140%，仅次于越南170%和印度150%的涨幅。
