　　增加：在缺词处加一个漏字符号（ ＾）, 并在此符号下面写出该加的词。

　　Good Manners Matter

　　As more and more Chinese go on overseas trips, reports about their bad manners flood in. The poor behavior of some Chinese has done great harm to our reputation for having good manners. China is playing an important role in the global village. Having good manners is seen as a sign of cultural understanding and good taste and we must understand and respect others’ cultures.

　　We know that it is easier to fall into bad manners than to get into good ones and some Chinese people do have some bad manners, but I believe that we can do something about it. So next time you go on your overseas trip, remember to learn about the local culture and people in advance. When meeting people, smile at people, and try to say more “Hello” and “Thank you”. You will enjoy your journey to the fullest and win respect for yourself as well as our country.
