Second, the economic policies result in a great improvement in the Chinese people’s living standard, which creates a huge demand for service and thus enables the service industries to flourish and absorbs more and more people into these fields.

　　    According to the graph presented,  we can observe the changing rate of car accidents in Walton City in 1990. We can see an increasing trend in the first two months. Then at the beginning of March the rate came to a peak point of 32. But in June, it fell to 26. In the next two months, it was rising again and in August, reached 39. From August it declined, and continually dropped to the lowest point of 16 at the end of the year.

　　There are many reasons explaining this situation. As for me, I consider the followings the important ones. First, that the rate of car accidents reached the highest point in August is due to weather conditions. We all know that hot weather sometimes makes us lose patience, so drivers want to finish their job earlier by driving fast, which easily leads too more accidents. In winter, the snow, which makes drivers more careful in their driving, and the decreasing number of cars, resulting form a fewer number of people taking cars. Both of these accordingly made the rate of cart accidents droop. As in spring, slippery roads attritutable to(归根于) the rain again leads to more car accidents.

　　However, this graph may not predict the entire situation in the future. I believe, this trend will be changed this year. Once the driving conditions are improved, the rate of car accidents will be reduced.

　　According to the graph presented , it can be observed that there were great changes of the number of film-goers and TV-watchers .The number of people going to cinema decreased sharply, While , the number of television viewers increased almost twenty times. First, people are becoming richer and richer, TV sets can be afforded in almost every household. Besides, people can watch TV at home quite comfortable, while such comfort can not enjoyed if they go to the cinema. What’s more, people don’t need to pay anything for watching TV, while they have to buy tickets if they prefer the cinema.

　　Nowadays, we have to face a housing problem that it’s difficult for a large number of people to find a small place to live and rest.

　　People had figured out many ways to solve this problem. First, some suggest building satellite cities in the suburbs. Though this method has its good sides like it can meet people’s desire to live in the open air and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the suburbs. One of its bad sides it brings about is that it is not convenient for people to go to work in the city center.

　　Second, utilizing underground space is another means. But it also has its advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, more space can be spared. 　　Different People have different views on opportunity. Some believe that opportunity favors only a small number of people, others hold that everyone will have a certain opportunity. As far as I am concerned, I approve of the latter.

They try their best to do better than others in work and there constant competition for jobs, customers, money, and so on and so forth. To some extent, competition is one of the motive forces of the development of society. On the other hand, cooperation is equally important. We can’t look on cooperation as the opposite of competition. In most cases we can’t do competition without cooperation. For example, in team work every member of the team is doing his best for the team to compete others. Though we think competition is fair, we can’t forget cooperation. We cooperate in order to compete more efficiently. Only through cooperation can we succeed completely in competition.
