　　通知可分为书面通知和口头通知两种。

　　一、书面通知

　　书面通知的常见形式有一般通知，布告，海报等。地点、时间、参加者、注意内容及注意事项是通知的要点，应直截了当一一予以说明。 正文一般用第三人称来写。一般在通知的正文上方居中写标题。发出通知的时间和落款一般写在通知正文的右下角。通知的正文要求简明扼要，行文严谨，准确无误。

　　二、口头通知

　　口头通知一般没有标题，也没有发出通知的时间。口头通知可以用比较随意的口体语，如I’ve, I’ll 等。结尾常用 That’s all.Thank you.之类套话。

　　口头通知常用语：

　　1．Your attention，please!

　　2．I have an announcement to make!

　　3．A ...will be held...

　　4．Please bring your....with you and be there on time.

　　5．Any questions?

　　6．That’s all.Thank you!

　　范例：你在校学生会负责“英语角”的活动。请你起草一则通知在校英语广播站广播。

　　要点：

　　1．“英语角”定于本周四下午400 在校公园举行。

　　2．五位在北京大学学习的美国学生将应邀参加。

　　3．Tina, 他们中的一位，将向我们介绍美国人生活方式和美国的学校教育。

　　4．大家可以就两国学生的生活，语言学习等话题自由交谈。

　　注意：100词左右。开头已给，不计入总词数。

　　Attention，please！I have an announcement to make.

　　1．文体信息

　　这是一篇口头通知，表达时应用一般将来时。

　　2．要点信息

　　(1)下午4 点，校公园。

　　(2)五位美国学生应邀参加。

　　(3)其中一位介绍美国生活方式，教育。

　　(4)自由交谈。

　　3．温馨提示

　　(1)要把所有要点表达出来，但不能逐条翻译，要用恰当的连接词给连接起来。

　　(2)注意文章结尾。
