　　1．如果不知道收信人的名字，要这样写。别忘了看信的人可能是位女士。

　　2．这样写很好。作者一开始就说明了写信的目的。

　　3．从信尾署名中很明显会看到名字，不要在信里写。

　　4．词性要和spoken一样，所以应该用written。

　　5．用词不当。come up with指“想出(主意)”，后面的宾语不能用imagination。

　　6．这和工作要求无关。

　　7．你应该写能让你得到这份工作的个人才能。

　　8．用simply意味着这是你对该职位感兴趣的唯一原因。如果是这样，你很可能得不到这个工作。

　　9．这是指公司给你带来什么好处，而要得到这个工作，你要说明你能为公司带来什么好处。

　　10．在正式信件中最好用look forward to，并且要另起一行。

　　11．你不知道收信人的名字，所以末尾要用Yours faithfully。这是一篇较差的作文。

　　作者在开头就清楚地说明了写信的原因。但是，第二段末的内容与主题无关。作者没有写他/她能为公司做什么或为什么认为自己是最适合这个工作的人。因此，作者不大可能得到面试机会。写求职信的关键不在于篇幅大小，而在于你能否成功地推销自己。　高分作文秘诀之二：使用正确的语态。例如：
