　　● Focus on their strengths and encourage them to develop those instead of focusing on their weaknesses.

　　● Teach them they can do anything if they really want to.Teach them not to be afraid of failure and to avoid perfectionism.I frequently point out my own mistakes and failures as a way to show my kids that I am not perfect. Nobody is perfect, and that failing at something is not the end of the world.
