有起床气/起床的方式不对/一大早起来心情不好

使用场景：

A：Why are you getting mad at me? Did I do anything wrong?

A：你干嘛冲我发火啊？我做错了啥？

B：不好意思哈，我这是起床气/一定是因为我起床的方式不对。
