Years & Years: Shine

这首Shine选自英国电子三人组合Years & Years（也就是粉丝们口中的“小年年”）于2015年发布的首张录音室专辑《Communion》。这首歌是专辑中的第三首歌，发布以后曾经登上英国单曲榜的第二名。组合主唱Olly介绍称，这首歌用“光”（light）来比喻恋爱中那种难以抵挡又无法捉摸的情绪。

Years & Years是于英国伦敦建立的电子乐队，乐队包括主唱和键盘手Olly Alexander，贝斯手Mikey Goldsworthy，合成手Emre Turkmen。Years & Years的音乐混合R&B和90年代House音乐元素，他们的音乐被形容为是混合了90年代节奏蓝调与浩室元素的电子流行音乐，受Flying Lotus, Diplo, Radiohead和Jai Paul的巨大影响。他们的单曲"King"登上了英国单曲排行榜冠军，而另一张单曲"Shine"也曾拿下亚军的成绩。
