解释：

形容射箭或打枪准确，每次都命中目标。也比喻做事有充分把握。

出处：

《战国策·西周策》：“楚有养由基者，善射，去柳叶百步而射之，百发百中。”

成语故事：

春秋时期，楚国名将养由基跟随楚共王出兵援助郑国，楚共王要养由基用两枝箭射死晋国国君魏武，养由基一箭就结束。同行潘党不服，当即选定杨柳树上的三片叶子，并标明号数，叫养由基退到百步之外，顺序射去。养由基连射三箭，果然，第一箭中一号叶心，第二箭中二号叶心，第三箭中四号叶心，非常准确，让人不得不佩服。

直译起来就是：

hit the target one hundred times without a single miss

他打靶能百发百中。

He could hit his target one hundred times without a single miss.

还可以说：

To make every shot tell

照他的话去做，包你百用百灵，百发百中。

Do as he told you and you will find every attempt successful and you will make every shot tell.

值得注意的是，tell在这里并非常见的“说”的意思，而是表示“奏效，起作用”，不过达到的效果可以是好的，也可以是坏的，比如：

事事对他不利。

白头偕老

拼音：

bái tóu xié lǎo

解释：

白头：头发白;偕：共同。夫妻相亲相爱，一直到老。

出处：

明·陆采《怀香记·奉诏班师》：“孩儿，我与你母亲白头偕老，富贵双全。”

造句：

婚宴上，来宾纷纷主妇这一对新人白头偕老，永结同心。
