体坛英语资讯：Competition schedule confirmed, more than 10000 athletes to attend

The schedule of the Guangzhou Asian Games has been finally determined and confirmed by Olympic Council of Asia and technical representatives, a top official of the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Commitee (GAGOC) said on Wednesday.

Data shows that GAGOC has received sports entry forms from 45 countries and regions in Asia, including 10,156 for athletes, 4202 team officials.

Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games will feature a record 476 disciplines and events from 42 sports.
