体坛英语资讯：Mainz and Cologne victorious at German Bundesliga

 Mainz came back from behind to beat Kaiserslautern 2-1 as Cologne earned their first victory over newly promoted St. Pauli on Sunday's Bundesliga.

Mainz is the comeback team of the German first division soccer league as they turned around a deficit second time in a row.

Kaiserslautern took the lead early at the southwest derby within twenty minutes into the match through striker Srdjan Lakic with a well placed shot from 17 meters.

Mainz needed 50 minutes to recover from the shock; defender Niko Bungert poked the ball home at the 71st minute due to a failed offside trap.

Only two minutes later Mainz youngster striker Andre Schuerrle scored the decider with a long shot range from 17 meters to wrap up the 2-1 victory. Mainz jumped on to the second position while promoted team Kaiserslautern dropped to the fifth.

In the other match on Sunday Cologne gained their first win of the new season when they defeated promoted team St. Pauli 1-0 with an early goal in the 17th minute by midfielder Taner Yalcin.

St. Pauli slipped to 14th position while Cologne climbed to the 15th.
