体坛英语资讯：Webber wins dramatic Hungary GP to retake drivers lead

Mark Webber won the 2010 Hungary Grand Prix at the Hungaroring track outside Budapest on Sunday.

Ferrari's Fernando Alonso and Webber's Red Bull teammate Sebastian Vettel came second and third, 17.8 and 19.2 seconds behind the Australian.

The victory is Webber's fourth win of the season and means the Australian now retakes the lead in the driver's championship from Lewis Hamilton.

Vettel started the race in pole position after setting a new course record during Saturday's qualifying but Alonso who started from third on the grid attacked immediately on the first bend overtaking Webber to seize second place.

The German held on to the lead however and looked to be cruising to victory when up by 12 seconds by lap 16. A moment of carelessness from Vettel then allowed his teammate to pass. Failing to keep within 10 lengths of a safety car which had entered the track to remove debris, Vettel was docked a drive- through by race stewards which meant the German slipped behind Webber and Alonso into third.

The race is the sixth time out of seven Vettel has failed to convert pole position into grand prix victory.

Hamilton's race was ended on lap 24 when a transmission problem forced him to retire. Ferrari's Felipe Massa came fourth while Renault's Vitaly Petrov and Williams' Nico Hulkenburg finished fifth and sixth respectively.

Webber now goes into the three week August break four points ahead of Hamilton at the top of the drivers' table.

Only 20 points separate the top five drivers, Webber, Hamilton, Vettel, Button, and Alonso.
