第一种：拜金型

Going shopping makes me happy. I like it when I can go out and spend money for something I really, really want.

最开心的事情就是血拼了。就希望能对着心仪的东西一掷万金。

学习要点：go shopping，购物，因为shopping的读音听起来跟中文的“血拼”很相似，因此得名;go加ing变成动句词，作为makes me happy的主语。

第二种：宅家型

(1)Having time off work, listening to music or reading a good book... Just spending time on my own makes me really happy.

休假，在家看书或听听音乐，自己打发时光，就可以很开心。

学习要点：off work，休假。

(2)I just love sitting in my garden, surrounded by trees, flowers and birdsong. I feel really happy at that moment.

我就喜欢坐在自家花园，身边是树、花还有鸟叫。这时候最开心。

学习要点：love doing sth.，表示一种惯性的爱好。而love to do sth.，通常表示一时的愿望或喜好。

第三种：户外型

(1)I enjoy being together with friends and family. Eat a nice meal or have a barbecue, and have a good time.

跟朋友和家人聚在一起，吃顿大餐或是烧烤。

(2)I love playing sports. I’m so happy when my team wins a basketball game, for example.

我喜欢运动。尤其是如果我们赢了一场球赛，那可真叫嗨了。

(3)Being somewhere beautiful makes me happy, near nature, by the sea or in the mountains.

去个很妙的地方，接近大自然，海边或爬山都行。

(4)I love being in the summer vacation. Going to the beach, swimming in the pool… You just forget all your problems and enjoy the sun.

我喜欢放暑假。去海边或是在泳池游泳，抛开所有的烦恼，尽情享受阳光!

学习要点：enjoy doing sth.，喜欢做某事。enjoy后面要加带ing的动名词，这是固定用法。
