说明︰此句型意为不论还是不。whether or not称为从属连接词，连接词性相同的单字，词组子句，当whether or 句型中的 or 之后对等的单字或词组若相同时，该单字或词组可省略，而以 not 代替;or not 也可省略;也可写成 whether or not.
