一、报名条件
1、海淀区应届小学毕业生：
2、竞赛类获奖证书级别：市级、区级三等奖以上（个人项目、集体项目骨干队员）
3、证书时间：2010年5月至2012年4月（证书上的时间为准）
4、体育类舞蹈不在招收范围
二、报名时间：2012年5月12日、13日上午8：0011：30，下午14：0016：00
报名地点：北校区（远大路34号）
报名需要资料：海淀区艺术特长生测试卡，小学4、5、6年级评价手册及各类奖状证书
测试时间：2012年5月19日、20日上午8：0011：00，下午14：0016：00
测试地点：北校区（远大路34号）
测试内容：软功、舞蹈技巧、3分钟以内成品舞一部（音乐自备u盘）
