　　一级预测: 意识形态类(抽象类)

　　入选理由: 根据2008年的经验，抽象类话题出现的次数排名第三，仅次于教育类和政府类这两大主流话题。而之前1月30日和2月7日分别已经各考过一次教育类和政府类话题，因此根据话题轮换原则，这次轮到老三出马的可能性最大。

　　入选理由：永远的热门，谁叫它08年考了那么多次呢?之所以放在二级预测是因为前一次的再前一次考过一次。
