　　1)the trend only appears in strong and prosperous society;

　　只有在强盛的社会中才会出现老龄化，这是社会体制、医疗条件、生活条件、社会秩序高度发展的表现;

　　2)young people can achieve more opportunities

　　年轻人可以获得更多的机会;

　　negative:

　　1)aggravates social burden 加重社会负担;

　　2)decreases demographic dividend(针对中国或人口多的国家)减少人口红利;

　　3)reduce the speed of the economy development 降低经济发展速度;

　　4)have strong impacts on the culture of the society 改变社会文化(或使文化老龄化);
