　　I am a senior student from University, as I intend to continue my further study at a foreign university after this final semester ended(去掉). I am writing to ask for particular accounts into it.

　　First of all, I wonder to know how about the accommodation of the university is and if I choose the single-room how can I apply for it? Secondly, it is about the terms of the payment of fees, in cash or by credit-card?

　　Thirdly, I am not very clearly in terms of the qualification identity, could you tell me it in detail? I would be grateful to receive a prompt reply.
